At Hoard Lavish, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we offer an easy exchange policy.

Exchange Policy

We accept returns for exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Instead of a refund, you will receive store credit equal to the item's value, which you can use to purchase any other item from our store.

NOTE: Items purchased from promotion is non refundable.

How to Exchange

1. Contact our support team at +94 74 177 4321 with your order number and reason for return.

2. Once approved, ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method (shipping costs are non-refundable).

3. After inspection, we’ll issue you store credit, which you can use to select another item of equal value.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items, undergarments, and accessories are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
